Spyros Kaltikopoulos
Spyros Kaltikopoulos serves as Strategic Planning and Communications Manager at K.E.E.P.E.A. “Orizontes”. Since 2014, he has been involved in the design and management of projects focusing on intellectual disability, social inclusion and the improvement of support services. He also has professional experience in staff training and development, with a particular interest in strengthening the skills and organisational capacity of social care providers.
In his current role, he contributes to the organisation’s strategic planning, the development of national and European projects, fundraising activities, advocacy initiatives, and the coordination of partnerships with public authorities, civil society organisations and European networks. He is also responsible for supporting the organisation’s external communications and promoting its work, services and social impact.
He holds a degree in Public Administration and Economics from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences in Athens and an MSc in Management of Training and Development from the University of Edinburgh. His work combines strategic management, project development and organisational learning, with the aim of advancing the rights, inclusion and quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities and their families.
